English Set up once. Apply normally. Stay in control. Spend less time repeating job application answers. Start with your resume and let eligible corrections improve your private answer library. You review and submit. 1. Start with your resume Upload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT resume to extract grounded details locally. Review your profile in Settings. Your file attaches only to uploads identified as required; storing it does not mean every site receives it. 2. Choose your setup explicitly Read the disclosure before selecting Start FormFolio. Recommended setup enables required-field filling, local answer memory including eligible work-eligibility, pay, and demographic answers, sensitive filling, on-device AI when available, and answer-free problem-category reports. Prefer no automatic reports? Select the visible Start without sharing alternative for the same local features without ongoing reporting. Individual controls are in Advanced. Updates do not silently opt you in; ordinary Stop/Start preserves sensitive, AI, and reporting choices. 3. Complete and correct answers normally With memory on, text blur/change and supported selections commit local saves. There is no per-application Learn or "I'm done" step. The bottom-center panel shows saving progress and Saved locally confirmation, even when minimized. Failed saves retain Retry. Undo last save changes saved memory, not your form. Reuse depends on question meaning and application/employer context, not support for every form or control. Clearing a required answer rejects the prior answer until replaced, not forever. Explicit Keep blank rules remain in Advanced. 4. Recover a missed application step Choose Use FormFolio here near the popup's top to confirm the current top-level application using stored privacy choices. With memory on, corrections save automatically. It does not enable sharing or follow unrelated pages. Supported later steps and delayed controls are rechecked. Required fields only. Final decisions stay yours. Optional fields, optional uploads, and fields not identified as required stay untouched, including during manual Fill and AI-assisted matching. Passwords, government identifiers, birth dates, signatures, attestations, and legal consent stay manual. Existing answers are preserved unless you explicitly enable overwrite for eligible required fields. Review the whole application. FormFolio never clicks Submit or bypasses CAPTCHA. Local answers, optional improvement reports Profiles, documents, answers, and private learning stay in your Chrome profile until filling places information on an employer application page. Automatic reports contain fixed categories and public rule/version provenance, not answers, selected choices, question text, resumes, URLs, or page HTML. Local memory does not require reporting. Unfamiliar question/control examples need a separate trusted extension-page preview, editing, and explicit Send. Examples exclude entered or selected answers, but question and public-option wording can identify people. Review and remove identifying details; sanitization does not guarantee anonymity. A one-off report does not enable ongoing sharing. AI is optional, not a setup requirement Chrome's on-device model can classify question meaning when supported. Device/model requirements apply. Setup does not download or guarantee a model; Prepare on-device AI in Advanced is optional. Filling and local memory work without AI. No remote or paid AI fallback, invented facts, or FormFolio account. 简体中文 一次设置, 正常申请, 始终由你掌控。 上传简历后正常填写和更正, 让符合条件的答案进入私人本地答案库。 减少重复输入, 最终检查和提交仍由你完成。 1. 从简历开始 上传 PDF、DOCX 或 TXT 简历, 在本地提取有依据的联系方式和职业信息。 可在 Settings 检查或编辑已保存资料。简历只会附加到识别为必填的上传控件; 保存文件不代表每个网站都会收到它。 2. 阅读说明, 明确选择设置 Start FormFolio 的推荐设置开启必填项填写、本地答案记忆、符合条件的工作资格、 薪酬和人口统计答案学习与填写、可用时的设备端 AI, 以及不含答案的固定问题分类报告。 也可直接选择 Start without sharing, 使用相同本地功能而不自动发送报告。 独立开关在 Advanced。更新不会静默加入推荐设置; 普通停止再开始保留敏感答案、 AI 和报告选择。Apply recommended setup 是明确重新应用推荐设置的操作。 3. 正常填写, 自动记住已确认的更正 开启记忆后, 文本在失去焦点或更改时、受支持的选项在确认时保存。 无需每份申请再点 Learn 或 "I'm done"。底部居中的面板显示保存进度和 Saved locally 确认, 最小化后仍可见; 保存失败保留 Retry。 Undo last save 只撤销已保存记忆, 不改变申请表。 答案仅在问题含义和申请或雇主范围一致时复用, 不保证支持所有表单或控件。 清空必填答案会拒绝先前答案, 直到提供替代答案, 而不是永久留空。 Advanced 中明确创建的 Keep blank 规则仍可使用。 4. 遇到漏识别的步骤 在弹窗顶部选择 Use FormFolio here, 使用已保存的隐私选择确认当前顶层申请页面。 记忆开启时, 后续更正继续自动保存。此操作不会开启报告或跟随到无关页面。 受支持的后续步骤、导航和延迟出现的控件也会重新检查。 只填必填项, 不代替你做最终决定 可选项、可选上传和未识别为必填的控件不会填写, 手动 Fill 和 AI 辅助匹配也一样。 密码、政府身份号码、出生日期、签名、声明和法律同意保持手动处理。 已有输入默认保留, 除非明确允许覆盖符合条件的必填项。 扩展不会点击 Submit 或绕过验证码; 请检查整份申请后自行提交。 本地答案与可选报告是两回事 资料、文件、答案和私人学习记录保存在当前 Chrome 配置中; 填写和附加文件时, 信息会进入雇主的申请页面。 自动报告只含固定分类及公开规则来源, 不含答案、已选项、问题文字、简历、网址或网页 HTML。 本地记忆不依赖报告。 陌生问题或控件示例需要在独立可信的扩展页面预览、编辑并明确 Send。 示例不包含输入或选择的答案, 但问题和公开选项文字可能识别个人。 请删除识别信息后再发送; 自动清理不能保证匿名。单次报告不会开启持续分享。 AI 可选, 不阻碍开始使用 设备端 AI 取决于 Chrome、设备和模型条件。设置不会自动下载模型或保证可用。 Advanced 中的 Prepare on-device AI 是可选操作。没有 AI 时仍可确定性填写和本地记忆。 无需 FormFolio 账号, 不使用远程或付费 AI 后备服务, 也不编造申请者事实。
