FormFit resizes your photo and signature to the exact size your online application asks for, without leaving the form. Online applications are strict about uploads. A photo might need to be exactly 3.5 × 4.5 cm, between 20 and 50 KB, and saved as a JPG, and every exam has slightly different rules. FormFit knows them, so your file is right the first time. HOW IT WORKS • A small FormFit tab docks on the edge of the page. Click it to open the editor, or use the toolbar icon to open FormFit in Chrome's side panel. • FormFit reads the page title and headings to recognise the exam and loads its photo or signature preset. Pick another exam or enter custom requirements at any time. • Drop, browse or paste your image. Crop it with a face guide, then rotate, zoom, Fit or Fill. • FormFit sets the exact pixel dimensions, compresses to the required KB range and format (JPG, PNG or WebP), and sets the DPI. • Save is enabled only when the file matches the selected dimensions and size range. Then choose the saved file in your application. PRESETS More than 70 presets for national and state recruitment exams, entrance exams, PAN cards, passports and visas. They cover photographs and signatures, plus thumb impressions and handwritten declarations where an application asks for them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your images are processed on your device and never uploaded. • No account, no analytics, no remote code. • FormFit does not read form fields or answers, and it never fills in or submits forms. GOOD TO KNOW • Presets are starting points. Always confirm sizes against your official notice, because boards change requirements between cycles. • Some portals capture a live photo or need a name/date stamp. Use the portal's own workflow for those. • You can hide the floating tab on any site with its × button. The toolbar icon still opens FormFit.
