FormFast — Fill forms instantly

)Overview
Fill forms instantly. Dropdowns, dates, radios and checkboxes too — then see exactly what it could not fill, and why.
Most form fillers fill the text boxes and leave the rest for you. FormFast fills the whole form. It can fill dropdowns, dates, radio groups, checkbox sets, textareas, number and color inputs, along with other common web form controls. It uses values that follow the form's own validation rules, then tells you exactly what it could not fill and why. FormFast is a Chrome form filler built for developers, QA engineers, testers, and anyone who regularly needs to fill web forms during development and testing. BUILT FOR REACT, VUE AND ANGULAR Modern web applications can make form autofill difficult. A value can appear in an input while the framework's internal state remains unchanged, leaving validation or submission in a broken state. FormFast uses native property setters and dispatches the events that modern web applications listen for. Checkboxes and radio buttons are interacted with using real clicks instead of simply assigning their checked state. This helps keep the value displayed in the form and the value recognized by the application in sync. HANDLES COMPLEX CONTROLS Many modern dropdowns are not native select elements. Date and time fields can also be custom components built from ordinary inputs and other elements. FormFast interacts with these controls instead of simply typing into whatever element is visible. It opens dropdowns and date or time pickers, chooses an appropriate option, and verifies that the page actually changed before marking the field as filled. If a value cannot be committed, FormFast reports it instead of pretending the field was filled. ONE CLICK. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. Click the FormFast toolbar icon and fill the form. You can also use Alt+Shift+F or right-click and select "Fill this form". To fill a single field, right-click it and select "Fill this input". A fill only fills. FormFast does not submit your form, reset it, or follow links. It is designed to interact with form controls without performing unrelated actions. The extension badge gives you a quick result after each fill: green when everything was filled, amber when something was skipped, and red when the site is on your never-fill list. SEE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED FormFast does not silently leave you guessing. The settings page shows the details of the most recent fill, including: • The fields FormFast detected • The type of data it determined each field needed • The markup or visible text used to identify the field • The value that was written • The result of the fill • Why a field could not be filled Each result uses a fixed set of outcomes so you can quickly understand what happened. Click a field in the report to jump directly to that control on the page. DESIGNED AROUND FORM VALIDATION FormFast considers common HTML validation constraints when generating values, including: • required • pattern • minlength • maxlength • min • max • step • input type Values are also kept consistent within a single fill. For example, the name, email, city, and postcode can belong to the same fictional person instead of being unrelated random values.
