Overview
Scans form controls on the current page for common WCAG labeling and attribute issues and exports a report.
WCAG Form Checker helps developers, QA teams, and designers identify common accessibility issues in form elements such as inputs, labels, buttons, checkboxes, radio buttons, and select menus. The extension runs automated WCAG-based checks directly in your browser and highlights issues by severity (Critical, Major, Moderate, Minor). What it checks: • Missing or incorrect form labels • Accessible name issues • Duplicate IDs • Broken label associations • Basic form structure best practices All scans run locally in your browser. No data is collected, stored, or transmitted. This tool is intended as a pre-audit helper and does not replace manual accessibility testing or full compliance audits.
