Forever20/20
Overview
Simple eye-break reminders that pause during supported meetings.
Forever20/20 helps you take scheduled eye breaks while using Chrome. Set work and break intervals, start an Eye Care Session from the toolbar popup or keyboard shortcut, and follow a dedicated break page. Settings and session history stay in browser extension storage. Smart Pause can delay a scheduled break when a supported meeting tab is active and audible. It supports Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Jitsi meeting patterns. It checks meeting context locally and does not record calls or read message content. Practice requires a linked Forever20/20 account with eligible access. Sign-in opens forevervisionstudy.com. The extension checks access online and needs periodic internet access. There is no pasted license-code step or bundled free starter license. The extension is a wellness and productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a promise to improve vision.
