Forecast Check — weather from the most accurate model
Overview
Forecasts from nine weather models, checked against your nearest weather station. Temperature in the toolbar.
Which weather forecast is right where you live? Forecast Check shows the forecast from nine global weather models, including a new AI model, and checks each of them against reality. For every hour of the last two weeks it compares what each model predicted the day before with what the nearest airport weather station actually measured, and ranks the models by their average error. Your main forecast then comes from the model that has been most accurate near you, not from whichever source an app happens to use. • Current temperature on the toolbar icon • Hourly forecast for 48 hours and daily forecast for 10 days • All models side by side: see where they agree and how wide the spread is • Accuracy table: average error of each model at your nearest station, and whether it tends to run warm or cold • Optional rain alert two hours ahead • Metric or imperial units, 12- or 24-hour clock; 10 interface languages No account, no ads, no tracking. Your location is stored in your browser and sent only to the weather services to get the forecast. Data: forecasts by Open-Meteo.com (CC BY 4.0), observations by the NOAA Aviation Weather Center.
