Parsh Attendance & Session Tracker
Overview
Reports a bank agent's working time on the Parsh portal and DBGB Kiosk Banking, and where the counter PC is, to Parsh.
The attendance tracker for the bank agents (BC agents) of Parsh Progressive Trust, who run customer service points for the bank. It is for those agents only, and needs an agent account on the Parsh portal. What it does • Once a minute, it tells the Parsh portal whether the Parsh portal and the bank's Kiosk Banking site are open, which of them is in front, and whether the PC is in use, so the agent's supervisors can see that the centre is open and working. • It counts working time on those two sites only. It cannot see any other website. • While it is signed in, it reports the counter PC's approximate location every five minutes, for the portal's map of centres. • A green dot on its icon shows while time is being counted. Setting it up The agent signs in once, with their own Parsh agent code and password. The password is used for that one sign-in and is not kept.
