Font size and layout changer V1.1

Overview

This will allow the user to alter the font size on the Cardiff university public website. The layout will change at certain points.

This is an extension that will allow the user to increase the font size on the Cardiff university public website. As the font size changes the layout will change between different layouts. This is done in the hope that it will make the page more readable for visually impaired people.
