Overview

See who follows you and who doesn't follow you back — then unfollow, one at a time or as a paced run you start and can stop.

FollowTrace tells you exactly who follows you back on Instagram, who is new, and what changed since you last looked — then lets you unfollow the accounts that never followed you back, right from the same panel. It works inside the Instagram session you are already signed into. No password, no API key, nothing to configure. Open a profile, press Check, and read the answer. WHAT YOU GET - Everyone who does not follow you back, in one clean list - Every new follower since your last check, by name and when they arrived - Every account you started following, tracked the same way - One-tap unfollow on any row, or a paced run that clears a whole list for you while you get on with something else - A full history of every check, so you can look back and see when somebody turned up WHO IT IS FOR Creators and small businesses who want their follower count to mean something, and want to know which collaborations and posts actually brought people in. Anyone tidying up a following list that has drifted over the years, who would rather see the whole picture than scroll for an hour. People who want to keep an eye on an account that matters to them — a competitor, a client, a favourite creator — and see how their audience moves week to week. HOW IT WORKS Your first check sets your baseline. From then on, every check shows you exactly what moved: who arrived, who you followed, and when it happened. Your history builds automatically, and every check is recorded so the numbers always have a date behind them. Unfollowing is one tap on the row, after you confirm the account by name. Want to clear more? Select several, confirm once, and FollowTrace paces the run for you — about one every half minute, so Instagram stays happy — and you can stop it whenever you like. It keeps running even if you close the panel. PRIVATE BY DESIGN FollowTrace reads only the lists your own browser has already loaded, on instagram.com and nowhere else. It never asks for your Instagram password and has no field for one. No ads, no trackers, no data brokers, and nothing sold. A free account keeps your history safe, so it survives a new browser or a new laptop. Export everything to a file you can read any time, or delete it in one tap. PRICING Your own account is free, in full, forever — every list, every change, and unfollowing included. Paid plans add other people's accounts, with their full history tracked the same way. FollowTrace is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
