FollowCheck is a simple browser extension designed to help you better understand your Instagram follower and following connections. With FollowCheck, you can analyze connection information available during a user-initiated scan and organize the results into clear, easy-to-understand categories. WHAT FOLLOWCHECK SHOWS • Don't Follow Back See accounts you follow that are not identified as following you back in the completed analysis. • Mutual Followers Find connections where both accounts are identified as following each other. • You Don't Follow Back Discover accounts identified as following you that you do not follow back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Instagram in Google Chrome and sign in to your account. 2. Open the FollowCheck extension. 3. Click “Analyze My Account” to start the analysis. 4. Keep Instagram open while the analysis is running. 5. Review your connection results in FollowCheck. PRIVACY-FOCUSED ANALYSIS FollowCheck is designed to process connection analysis locally within the browser extension. • No Instagram password requested by FollowCheck • Analysis starts only after you initiate it • Connection analysis is not sent to FollowCheck servers as part of the local analysis flow • Clear saved FollowCheck analysis data from the extension FollowCheck does not ask you to enter your Instagram password into the extension.
