Follow Back X 是一款用于 X（Twitter）的 Chrome 扩展。在打开「正在关注」页面时，会为未显示「关注了你」的用户在关注按钮旁显示红色感叹号，并将这些用户记录到扩展内。您可以在扩展 Popup 的首页查看未回关用户列表，点击可打开该用户的 X 主页，方便您决定是否回关。列表数据仅保存在您本机的浏览器存储中，不会上传到任何服务器。
