Password stop working after renewal

I keep getting error message that Password Manager is not working. Can you tell me what's the problem? Does it no longer work with Microsoft Edge?

Pay version of Trend Micro Password Manager stopped working

Greetings,
I have been using the paid version of Trend Micro Password Manager all year and have been happy with its/ functionality.
New problem: as I use it through a Chrome extension, the extension ceased working last week around May 28, when it would no longer load on browser launch and would not refresh.

Has this extension been discontinued?

TM tech support assured me that PWM WOULD work with my Opera Browser. It will NOT. Why?

上に出てる方と同じです。
パスワードマネージャーのアプリ本体も、きちんとインストールされているかが分からないのですが、この拡張機能を追加しても「パスワードマネージャーは利用できませんやりなおすか、サポート情報を参照してください。」と表示され、全く機能しません。

Unable to help with passwords

when I went to go use the extension I was hit with something went wrong. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, running troubleshooting with it but nothing has worked. is there anything you can do to help.
