Hanah in your PMS — your notes, dictation, and sessions on any patient page.

Hanah is a web app featuring an AI scribe, patient engagement, and practice analytics platform for modern health practices. This extension puts Hanah inside leading EHRs and PMS' including Cliniko and Halaxy. Record the consult on the patient page, and Hanah drafts the note into your note form. You can start a free trial from https://hanah.health or through the chrome extension. Recording on the patient page Open a patient in your practice management system, you'l see Hanah appear where you can record the consult. Hanah transcribes as you talk and drafts the note when you finish, in the structure of your template and using your voice. You can review the draft, change anything you want, and submit it to your patients record. Your note form, filled in Cliniko: the draft fills the sections of your Cliniko note template. Halaxy: press record on the patient's clinical tab, and Hanah creates the note in Halaxy's note editor and fills it. Nookal: the extension drafts into the Nookal note form section by section. Zanda: Hanah works on the client's Notes tab and on custom forms. It fills in the answer to each question, including one-line answers and option groups. Letters and documents Hanah drafts referral letters, GP letters, reports and other documents using your templates. Progress reports and discharge summaries can cover a range of visits. Templates that match how you write Hanah can build your templates by reading your past notes in your practice management system. Drafts then follow your headings, your order and your level of detail. Each template can be written in full sentences, shorthand or key points. Hanah transcribes and drafts consults held in languages other than English. Moving from Heidi or Lyrebird Open Heidi or Lyrebird with the extension installed and a "Migrate to Hanah" window appears. It brings over: - your templates, including PDF forms - your past sessions, with their notes, transcripts and Context - the teammates on your Heidi or Lyrebird team, who get an invite to your Hanah clinic Sessions are matched to your Hanah patients by name. You choose what comes across, and anything you've imported before is marked. Export your notes out of Lyrebird or Heidi You can also use the Hanah extension to export notes, templates and patient information out of Lyrebird or Heidi. Export does not need a Hanah account, and nothing is sent to Hanah. The zip is built in your browser and saved to your downloads. Your team Invite the clinicians at your practice using the staff list in your practice management system. Privacy and security - The extension runs on supported websites and for data exporting only on Heidi and Lyrebird for migration and export. - Recording starts when you press record and stops when you stop it. - Your clinic's data is stored in the region you signed up in: Australia, the UK or the US. - Every draft is reviewed by the clinician before it is saved. Getting started 1. Add Hanah to Chrome. 2. Sign in to Hanah, or start a free trial. 3. Open a patient in your supported PMS and press record. Cliniko and Nookal users can connect with an API key to see their appointments in Hanah.
