Overview

A Chrome extension that helps you stay focused by blocking distracting websites.

FocusWarden blocks the websites that pull you away from work. Add the sites that distract you — social media, news, video, anything — and when focus mode is on, FocusWarden redirects them to a block page before they load. No feeds, no "just five minutes." You land on a reminder to get back to what you were doing. It also counts how many times you tried to open a blocked site in the last 24 hours, so you can see your own patterns. FEATURES • Block any website by domain — youtube.com, reddit.com, x.com, and more • One-click focus mode on/off from the toolbar • A 24-hour counter of your blocked attempts • Your block list syncs across the Chrome browsers you're signed into • Clean, simple settings — add and remove sites in seconds PRIVACY FocusWarden collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Your block list and attempt counter are stored only in your own browser. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics. HOW IT WORKS Focus mode is on by default. Open the settings page, add the sites you want to block, and that's it — they're blocked until you toggle focus mode off from the toolbar popup.
