That means it’s fast, consistent, and doesn’t slow down your browser. Why it needs <all_urls> FocusGuard allows you to block any domain. Since the extension doesn’t know in advance which sites you’ll choose, it needs access to all URLs to apply your rules properly. This ensures blocking works across all domains, subdomains, and URL variations. This permission is used only to match the domains you add and redirect those requests. No tracking. No data collection.
