Overview

One switch for a calmer Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Hide the feeds, keep what you came for.

Instagram, YouTube and Facebook are built to keep you scrolling. Focus turns that off. One toolbar switch gives you three independent toggles: Instagram — hides the feed, stories, reels and explore, and opens straight to your messages. Messages, your profile and posting keep working. YouTube — strips the page back to just the video: no homepage feed, no recommendations sidebar, no comments, no shorts. Facebook — lands you on your own profile instead of the feed, and keeps only Messenger, Marketplace, profiles and your chats. Chat bubbles work everywhere. Turn each site on or off on its own. Or set one daily schedule — focus during work hours, open everything back up in the evening. Everything runs in your browser. No account, no sign-up, no data leaves your machine.
