Overview

Reduce impulsive social media use by adding a pause before you break your own limits.

Focus Lock helps you block distracting websites during schedules you choose. When you try to open a blocked site, Focus Lock shows a pause page instead of the site. You can unlock the current domain for 7 minutes in two ways: • Conscious unlock: wait 67 seconds, type a reflection phrase, choose a reason, and continue. • Quick unlock: pay 0.99 EUR through PayPal for a 7-minute unlock of that domain. Focus Lock stores your settings and local history in your browser. It does not collect your full browsing history.
