Focus Coach helps you earn your distractions through learning. Spend focused time on learning sites (Coursera, Skillshare, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and more) to earn viewing credits. Use those credits on distraction sites like YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, X, and TikTok. When credits run out, choose how coaching feels: block, grayscale, redirect to learning, or (Pro) check-in prompts.
