Focus Cat
Overview
A clingy little cat that judges you when you stop coding. Stay on LeetCode or it grows.
Focus Cat is a playful but slightly judgmental productivity companion designed for programmers. It adds a small animated cat to your browser that reacts to your behavior in real time. When you're coding (LeetCode, NeetCode, LeetReviewer): The cat stays calm, small, and non-intrusive. When you get distracted (YouTube, Reddit, social media): The cat slowly grows, stares at you, and eventually takes over your screen. It doesn’t block websites. It makes distraction uncomfortable. Built-in Pomodoro timer: Stay focused for 25 or 50 minutes and get rewarded when you finish. LeetCode AC detection: Solve a problem → confetti, XP, and a happy cat. Gamified system: Earn XP, build streaks, and stay consistent. Fully customizable: Edit your own “productive” and “distracting” sites anytime. Why it works: Most productivity tools rely on discipline or blocking. Focus Cat uses emotional feedback instead — turning your environment into a gentle pressure system that nudges you back to work. No accounts. No tracking. Runs locally in your browser. Install it. Try to ignore the cat.
