Like the product, however, I find distracting that the clock font size, when changed, does not change the clock size on the focus, short break and long break optional tabs. When the clock size changes to the maximum and the webpage is placed on a smaller laptop monitor, for instance, my dell xps 13 default screen, the clock text intersects the other options on the screen. Lastly I find the wallpaper selection useful but I would like to use my own desktop background, a picture monstera plants,... Show more

Hey thanks for the feedback, I've noted this down on my list of things to optimise! Seems like a pretty easy fix and valuable as well. Thanks again for letting me know -Sam

Really great looking dashboard, liking the proposed functionality you're working on too. One suggestion for something that would be great is the ability to automatically rotate the wallpapers, or perhaps even integrate Pexels or something so you can search for a keyword and it will randomly display wallpapers from Pexels or another CC0 photo site.

Hey Steve, Yeah I think I'll add it as a feature for users to be able to paste in a url to an image to which focus will load it. I am not sure about calling the APIs from Pexel or Unsplashed at this point - Could be considered for a later implementation. Thanks for your feedback! -Sam

With the new update we got today, I lost all my notes that I had set up. Is there any way I can get those back?

New permission demands to read your browser history. Remove that, and you get five stars.

Hey Xavier, We've spent a while trying to do it but unfortunately it's just how google class' it's permissions. For the timer to be persistent, we need access for the tab names to check if a tab of Focus is active or not. The tabs permission contains browser history access to which we never actually use or access. We're still looking into it, so maybe we'll have a solution soon. Thanks for your feedback and support so far! -Sam

aesthetically pleasing and functional default tab screen, my only complaint is the countdown start button looks like a rewind button, arrow should point to right!

This extension looks promising! I'll see if I can integrate into my daily routine! Though a bump for me was that the pomodoro timer was reset if I switched between the functions/tabs. That way I just lost my timer 🤔 Oh, and the start pomodoro-button looks like the "back" icon in a music player. Shouldn't this be the "play" button?

Thanks for the feedback. I will see if I can get a clearer icon implemented for the start of the timer. It's actually a good point

Nice, but clock needs to be fixed width - it jumps around too much with the seconds counter and doesn't feel too calm
Sam TuDeveloperFeb 6, 2024
Yep, I've added time format settings for you to remove the seconds so that it won't jump around.(Update is coming in 2-3 days) In the future there is a chance that the font needs to change to a monospaced font so it won't change in width going from second to second.

I have the same problem as Hristiyan below. Any advice?
