Procrastination Study Extension (ITU Copenhagen) Help us with a 2-week research study on online procrastination and gentle interventions. You choose which websites you personally consider “procrastination” (e.g., social media, news, forums). The extension tracks the time you spend on those sites. In week 2, it may show a small prompt at a randomly assigned timing (including an optional Sudoku). You can dismiss it immediately. What it does • Lets you define your own “procrastination sites” • Tracks time spent on those sites (for research) • Week 1: baseline (no prompts) • Week 2: optional intervention prompt at a set timing Privacy • Anonymous participation • We only log the time spent on the websites you choose • No personal info collected By installing, you consent to participate in our ITU Copenhagen Master’s thesis study.
