Focue helps you stop doomscrolling without hating yourself. Add the sites that pull you in, set a daily time limit for each, and get a calm pause before autopilot takes the wheel. WHAT YOU GET • Daily time limits per site. Time only counts while you are really looking at the tab. • A calm interruption when you reach the limit.
