Overview

Fill hundreds of AcroForm PDFs from a spreadsheet, in your browser. Saved answers, no uploads - files never leave your computer.

What it does Batch PDF Form Filler fills the same PDF form hundreds of times from one CSV or XLSX, and flattens the result. You pick the form, pick your spreadsheet, map the columns to the form's fields once, then run the batch. Who it is for Offices that repeat the same form with different data: intake packets, lease/tenancy forms, agency filings, purchase orders, onboarding packs. How it works 1. Drop in the blank AcroForm PDF (fillable PDF). 2. Drop in your CSV or XLSX - first row = column names. 3. Map each column to a PDF field. The mapping is saved per form, so the next batch is two clicks. 4. Run the batch. Every row becomes a flattened PDF; files are written to your Downloads folder. A results table shows which rows were written and which were skipped, and why. What it does not do - AcroForm PDFs only. XFA forms, scans and image-only PDFs are not supported (no OCR). - No e-signature, no faxing, no cloud editor. - No conversion of a non-fillable PDF into a fillable one. Your files stay on your machine The extension reads the file you choose and writes the result locally. Nothing is uploaded; there is no server; no document content is collected. The only network call the extension makes is to ExtensionPay to check whether your Pro subscription is active (it sends no document data). Pricing Free: fill and flatten up to 10 PDFs a day (10 per batch). Pro, $9.00/month: unlimited batch runs (500 files per run), saved field mappings, and priority email support. Cancel any time from the ExtensionPay receipt email; the free tier keeps working after cancellation.
