Copying a table from a web page usually comes out as a mess: merged cells shift columns, numbers stick to footnote marks, and half the rows end up in one cell. TableGrab copies the table as a proper grid, so it pastes cleanly into Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or any CSV tool. HOW IT WORKS • Click the TableGrab icon (or press Alt+Shift+T). It lists every table on the page: normal HTML tables, ARIA grids and simple div-based grids. • Preview a table, then choose Copy for Excel / Sheets, Copy CSV or Download CSV. • Or right-click the page → TableGrab, then click the table you want. If you select some text inside a table first, TableGrab copies that table straight away. DONE RIGHT • Merged cells (rowspan/colspan) are filled into every cell they cover, so columns stay lined up. You can switch this off. • Stacked header rows, nested tables and hidden sort keys are handled. • Commas, quotes and line breaks are escaped properly, and CSV downloads open correctly in Excel, accents included. • Cells that look like spreadsheet formulas are neutralised, so a copied page can't run formulas in your sheet.
