It automatically captures and correlates the errors, network failures, console messages, and navigation events that happen during a bug, so you can understand exactly what went wrong without keeping Chrome DevTools open the whole time. Intermittent bugs are hard to catch. By the time you open DevTools, reproduce the issue, and scroll through hundreds of network requests, the moment has passed or the page has already redirected and the evidence is gone. Your debugging data stays on your machine in local browser storage, nothing is sent to a server, and there's no telemetry by default. Sensitive data like passwords, cookies, authorization headers, API keys, and request/response bodies are never recorded. You control which sites are recorded with domain allow/block lists, and you can pause recording or delete sessions at any time.
