I'm reaching you guys on your email to help me out with the "Connection error" issue appearing when I'm connecting my ebay store, but no one is responding.

Does this tool still work?

It works very good but I am giving 3 stars sorry for that. The importing does not import the SKU of shein products I have to do it manually. and the SKU attribute of the product also does not import it write the same SKU I entered and add a latter at the end ot the SKU. It should place the same SKU of Shein product and the same SKU of shein other attribute of the same product. Shein products have colors each color have deffrante SKU. Thanks anyway.

you click anywhere on trhe screen while import and all progress lost. then start all from beginning. worst import UI.

Very good and fast support. Takes care of any problems. The extension works perfectly. Still slightly in need of improvement but for us it is exactly the right system!

This is making my life so much easier, listing items on my site. I had a connection issue but after submitting a ticket, it was resolved within a day. If anyone is looking to pull items from wherever, this is the extension for you 👍

extension not working Connection error!

Will someone please write up a documentation solution for the "Connection Error" issue. This just is not working no matter what I try.
