StepRisk sizes every TopstepX trade by risk, so a single trade can't blow your account. It works on the TopstepX chart and on your TradingView charts. DRAG YOUR RISK ON THE CHART • Click "+ Buy" or "+ Sell" and three lines appear on the chart: entry, stop and target. • Drag the stop and StepRisk calculates how many contracts fit your risk. On TopstepX, it also fills the quantity on the order card for you. • Prefer a fixed size? Pick the number of contracts and a dollar risk, and StepRisk places the stop and target for you. • The target follows your R multiple (1R, 2R, 3R…) as you move the stop. • Enter at your line, or at market with the lines following the live price. PROP FIRM RULES BUILT IN • On TopstepX, reads your balance, Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) and today's realized P&L straight from the page. • Risk as a % of your buffer to the MLL, or a fixed dollar amount. • Every trade is capped by your daily loss limit and by your MLL buffer. • Built-in calculator in the toolbar popup for quick what-if sizing. ALSO ON TRADINGVIEW • The same panel and lines on your tradingview.com charts, including continuous contracts. • Enter your balance and MLL in the popup, or just type the dollar risk in the panel. • Orders sent from TradingView go to the ProjectX account you choose in the popup. • Requires signing in to TradingView. Sending orders needs real-time CME data on TradingView. ONE-CLICK OCO ORDERS (optional) • With your own ProjectX API subscription, send the order at market or at your entry line, with stop and target exactly where your lines are. • Two-click confirmation shows the account, contract, side and size before anything is sent. • Per-order contract limit, and orders are blocked when the risk is above what you allowed. • Your ProjectX API key stays in your browser. It is never sent to the TopstepX or TradingView page, or to us.
