NGP Guard revisa los mensajes que el operador está por enviar en TalkyTimes y bloquea los que rompen las reglas de la agencia: pedir WhatsApp, Telegram o número, proponer un encuentro o un viaje, compartir datos de pago, o mensajes repetidos entre chats. Funciona en inglés, español, portugués y más idiomas. Las reglas se actualizan solas desde Kirby. Es una herramienta interna de trabajo de la agencia.
