Flyntlok New Lead Buttons

Adds new lead buttons on the SMS inbox and incoming call screen.

This extension adds tools to Flyntlok that speed up lead creation and call documentation for your sales team. Incoming call screen When a call comes in, the extension reads the caller's name and phone number and shows one smart button: New Lead from Caller ID (green) — shown when the caller has no existing customer record. Opens the New Lead form in a new tab with name, phone, and DeSoto location pre-filled. New Lead under Associated Customer (blue) — shown when Flyntlok finds an existing customer match. Does everything the green button does, plus links the lead to that customer automatically. Only the relevant button is shown — no guesswork. Unknown SMS callers On the SMS inbox, if a conversation shows only a phone number (no name), an Add to Leads button appears in the header. Clicking it opens the New Lead form in a new tab with the phone number and DeSoto location pre-filled. Call checklist and note logging On any lead page, the Add Note button is replaced with a blue version that does two things at once: opens the note field (set to Phone Call, expanded to 10 lines) and opens a side panel with a 15-item call checklist. The checklist is divided into four sections — Closing Behaviors, Pricing & Value, Information Capture, and Conversation Quality. Check off items as the call progresses. When the call ends, click Paste into Note to append a formatted checklist summary to the bottom of the note field. The cursor returns to the top so you can type your summary above it.
