FluxSnip is a browser extension that streamlines message typing in webmail and business chat services. You can instantly insert pre-registered templates using short keywords or keyboard shortcuts. Key Features 1. Instant Keyword Expansion with Tab Type a keyword such as ";thx" in the message area and press Tab to replace it immediately with your saved template. It is designed to prevent unintended triggers while an IME is actively converting characters. 2. Floating Picker via Keyboard Shortcut Press Alt+J (customizable in the settings) to open a search picker in the center of the screen. You can browse with arrow keys and search incrementally to select and insert templates without touching the mouse. 3. All-in-One Gmail Header Automation In addition to body text, FluxSnip can set To, Cc, and Bcc recipients (append or replace mode), insert subjects, and select a sender alias (From) in a single action. 4. Prompt Injection for Gmail "Help me write" (Alt+H) You can expand templates directly inside the prompt input box of Gmail's "Help me write" (Alt+H). Pre-register comprehensive prompt instructions or personas, and inject them into the AI prompt box with a single keyword. A compatible Google subscription, such as Google Workspace or Google One AI Premium, is required. 5. Rich Text and Table Formatting FluxSnip preserves bold, italic, lists, and table formatting in Gmail and Microsoft Teams. In the options editor, you can drag column borders to adjust widths or distribute them evenly. Please note that custom column widths are not retained inside Microsoft Teams after insertion due to Teams editor limitations. 6. Dynamic Variable Interpolation By inserting variables into templates, you can automatically include the current date, time, and recipient names in the text. 7. Privacy-First Local Storage Design FluxSnip never communicates with external servers. All template data and drafted text stay entirely within your local browser.
