FluxMaster finds the videos on the page you are watching and saves them to your Downloads folder. WHAT IT DOES • MP4 and WebM files: saved as they are, without limits. • Unencrypted HLS streams (m3u8): joined into a single MP4 file, with sound, without re-encoding. • Before saving: resolution, bitrate, estimated size and audio track of each quality. • Progress shown in the extension window, then "Show in folder". FREE VERSION, NO ACCOUNT • MP4 and WebM files: no limit. • HLS streams: no limit on how many, up to 720p (shorter side of the picture), one at a time. • No account, no watermark, no ads. PREMIUM • HLS streams above 720p (1080p, 4K), when the source offers them. • Up to 3 HLS downloads at once, with a queue of 20. • File name templates and a folder per site. Personal use only, in line with the terms of use of the sites. PRIVACY To build its list, FluxMaster observes in your browser the address, type and size of the video files that pages load. It does not read your cookies. When you open its window, it reads the video elements of the page and the page title, which is used to name the file. This list stays in memory, is cleared when you change page or close the tab, and is never sent to the developer or anyone else. When you open its window on a page where an HLS stream was found, it reads the stream's playlist from the source server to show the qualities; when you save it, it downloads the stream from that server, without your cookies, and joins it in the extension's temporary storage, deleted once the file is saved (after 24 hours at most). For an MP4 or WebM file, it first checks without your cookies that the server provides it, then hands it to Chrome's download manager. Its list of downloads is cleared when Chrome closes; only Chrome's own download history keeps a record. The ExtensionPay payment library stores an install date in Chrome's synced storage and, after you open the payment or login page, your Premium status and payment email: FluxMaster then contacts ExtensionPay to check Premium. The "Report" button prepares an email that you read and send yourself. The "Withdraw from contract here" and "Cancel your contract" links open a page of the developer's website whose address only gives the extension and your plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime), never your name or email.
