Flowzito helps authorized Autodesk Forma users handle everyday project administration from a Chrome side panel or a full-page workspace. FILES AND FOLDERS • Inspect folder permissions and prepare folder reports. • Copy files and folders within a project, including subfolders. • Import a folder tree and permission assignments from XLSX. • Review previews and follow job progress before checking the results. MEMBERS AND ACCESS • Inspect a user's effective folder permissions. • Prepare member imports from XLSX with role and company information. • Work with project membership using your existing Autodesk permissions. PROJECT DATA AND PDF QR • Explore available project datasets through dashboard cards, filters and detailed lists. • Create a local PDF copy with a QR code and clickable link back to Forma. • Choose the QR position, size and page options. The stamped PDF is not uploaded to Forma. HOW IT WORKS Keep a signed-in Forma project tab open alongside Flowzito. No separate Flowzito account is required. Project Admin users have the broadest access, while every cloud operation remains subject to Autodesk authorization. Dashboard availability depends on the account's Data Connector access and available datasets. DATA AND PRIVACY Flowzito has no developer-operated server receiving your project data. Local settings, selected project context, datasets and job state may be stored in your browser profile. Connected workflows communicate directly with Autodesk and its data-download services. The extension accesses project/file content, member names and emails, and runtime authentication information only for its disclosed tools. Read the privacy policy for storage, data use and deletion controls. FREE TO USE Flowzito is currently free. Optional donations support development and do not unlock Autodesk permissions or guarantee support. Available interface languages: English, Vietnamese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Norwegian Bokmål, Polish and Swedish.
