Export ChatGPT conversations to PDF, Markdown, TXT, HTML or JSON for reading, sharing, notes and record-keeping. FlowThread also lets you search the full current conversation and helps reduce lag in long chats. CHOOSE THE RIGHT EXPORT FORMAT • PDF: Read, print or share your chat using Chrome’s “Save as PDF” option. • Markdown: Keep working with your notes, documents and code. • HTML: View exported conversations in your browser. • TXT: Save plain text that is easy to copy and process. • JSON: Keep structured records for further processing. Choose which messages to export and whether to include visible AI thinking. You do not have to save the entire conversation every time. KEEP IMAGES AND ORGANIZE ATTACHMENTS PDF and HTML can retain available uploaded and generated images, along with supported tables, cards and structured content. Save supported images and file attachments in a separate ZIP package. Filenames and INDEX.txt help you match each file to its chat message. Unavailable content is clearly marked rather than silently treated as saved. Original attachment files are not embedded in the PDF. Files generated by ChatGPT still need to be downloaded from the original chat. File availability and size limits apply. SEARCH YOUR CHAT AND READ THE CONTEXT Find what you need without scrolling back through the chat. Open Search and select “Continue search” to load and search the current conversation. Open results in a separate reader to see the surrounding messages without loading the entire history back into the chat page. LIGHTEN THE LOAD OF LONG CHATS Reduce the number of messages rendered at once to help ease page lag. Adjust the visible message window and bring back earlier messages as you scroll up. This does not delete conversation content. INCLUDE PREVIOUSLY CAPTURED REPLIES If the final reply appeared on screen but is missing from the available conversation record, FlowThread can add it to your export when a local capture exists, with a note identifying the recovery source. It cannot recover content that was never displayed or captured. FREE USAGE AND PRO Use the Free allowance without registering for a FlowThread account. Pro provides higher limits once activated and verified on your device. Each paid Pro order includes two device slots that can be used at the same time. An optional account lets you manage orders and linked devices. After purchasing, we recommend registering with your payment email. You can keep using Pro on the original device without registering. LOCAL PROCESSING AND CLEAR BOUNDARIES Chat content is processed locally and is not automatically uploaded to FlowThread. Normal service requests use installation and device-verification metadata to manage access, usage limits and configuration. Feedback is sent only when you submit it. It includes the information you enter, selected images, and limited technical logs that you choose to attach or that your selected issue type requires. Technical logs do not include chat content. Exports use the current conversation branch and the content ChatGPT actually makes available. This is not an automatic backup of your entire account, and it does not guarantee an exact copy of the original interface’s appearance or interactive controls.
