FlowShield tracks your browser activity, blocks distracting sites during deep work sessions, and syncs everything to your FlowShield dashboard in real time. π― Focus Sessions Start a timed focus session from the toolbar popup. The badge counts down your remaining minutes so you always know where you stand β no need to open a tab. π« Distraction Blocking Define your distraction sites in your FlowShield preferences. When you visit one during an active session, the extension alerts you instantly and flags it on your dashboard. π Activity Tracking Every tab switch is logged and categorized (Work, Development, Social Media, Entertainment, and more). Your productivity patterns appear automatically in your analytics dashboard. βοΈ Cross-Device Sync Sessions started on the desktop app or mobile app appear in the extension β and vice versa.
