FlowSherpa turns a web workflow you already know into a live, step-by-step guide for anyone who needs to follow it. RECORD ONCE • Capture clicks, typing, navigation, slider drags and file picks as you perform them. • Pause anytime, undo the last step, or mark a hover-only interaction. • Everything stays on your device until you decide to save it. EDIT BEFORE SHARING • Rewrite any step's wording, reorder steps, insert manual steps (notes, scrolls, extra clicks). • Re-pick an element on the live page when a step pointed at the wrong control. • Fix or change the page URL of any step group. SHARE WITH A LINK • One click creates a public share link — viewers need no account. • The share page lists every step with the exact wording you wrote. GUIDE LIVE ON THE REAL PAGES • A follower opens your flow and is walked through the actual website: each step's target is highlighted right where it sits on the page. • The walkthrough advances only when the follower performs the real action — the correct click, the finished typing, the scroll that brings the next step into view. • Multi-page flows follow the follower from page to page. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • No screenshots are ever captured, uploaded or stored — steps are text descriptions plus element fingerprints. • Passwords and payment fields are redacted automatically at record time. • Deleting a share removes its data from the server immediately; unfinished uploads are swept within 24 hours. • Only anonymous, aggregate usage events are sent (no URLs, no page content). NOTES • Recording and live walkthroughs use a one-time permission to access the sites you choose; nothing runs on pages you don't record or replay. • Browser-internal pages (chrome://, the Chrome Web Store) cannot be recorded.
