FlowKeeper
Overview
A calm attention coach that helps you notice and redirect distraction in the browser.
FlowKeeper is a lightweight focus assistant that helps you catch distraction before it takes hold — without ever locking you out of a site. When you open a distracting site like YouTube, Reddit, or Instagram, FlowKeeper shows a gentle overlay with a simple question: "Is this what you intended to do?" That one moment of pause is often all it takes to redirect. What you can do from the overlay: - Return to Focus — close the tab and get back to work - Snooze — dismiss the reminder for a set amount of time when you need a real break - Get a Tip — browse a carousel of short, research-backed focus reminders to help you reconnect with your intention Fully customizable: FlowKeeper comes pre-loaded with common distracting sites, but you're in control. Add any domain, remove any default, and adjust snooze duration from the toolbar popup. One click to turn Focus Mode off entirely when you don't need it. 100% private: Everything runs on your device. No account, no sign-in, no data collection — FlowKeeper never sends anything to any server. Not even us. FlowKeeper doesn't judge and doesn't block. It just asks.
