Customer support agent decision flow assistant

FlowGuide helps customer support teams follow consistent workflows directly from Chrome. Agents can open guided decision flows, keep multiple active cases organized, capture step notes and feedback, copy final summaries, and use reusable response templates with hotkeys. FlowGuide works locally for day-to-day guided support tasks, with optional free account sign-in for personal sync and team workspace features. Team admins can prepare shared flows and templates, invite teammates, and keep approved guidance available from the extension. The extension includes configurable web page template expansion. It can detect template shortcuts in editable fields where the extension is allowed, then insert the matching template text locally. Page text used for this expansion is not sent to FlowGuide servers. FlowGuide is currently free to install.
