Overview
FlowDoc Pro generates documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and handover reports from Power Automate flow definitions.
FlowDoc Pro for Power Automate helps makers, administrators, consultants, and support teams generate complete documentation from a Power Automate flow definition. Upload or paste a Power Automate definition.json file and FlowDoc Pro creates a support-ready documentation pack with: • Flow summary and human-readable process story • Trigger and action inventory • Readable action-by-action breakdown • One-word purpose labels for actions • Connector and dependency report • Risk and quality findings • Support runbook • Migration and handover checklist • Interactive draggable flow diagram • Mermaid diagram source • HTML, Markdown, JSON, CSV, Word-compatible, PDF-ready, and redacted exports • Local documentation library for saved reports FlowDoc Pro is designed for local-only processing. Your selected flow JSON stays in your browser. The extension does not upload, transmit, sell, or share your flow data with DevHexLab servers. To use it with a real flow: 1. Export the flow from Power Automate as a package. 2. Unzip the package. 3. Open Microsoft.Flow > flows > the long ID folder. 4. Select definition.json. 5. Generate the documentation pack. Do not select package manifest.json because it contains package metadata only.
