FlowCrypt: Encrypt Gmail with PGP

FlowCrypt Browser Extension is not approved by Advanced Protection! So Google users with Advanced Protection can't use it.

Hello Jairo, thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to use third-party extensions for Gmail when Google’s Advanced Protection mode is enabled. This is a restriction set by Google to provide enhanced security for high-risk accounts, which stops most non-Google apps and services from accessing Gmail data. However, if your Google account is part of Google Workspace, it is possible to allow certain third-party extensions through Security > Access and data control > API Controls > Manage Third-party app access in your admin account. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Trying to import my PGP keys, i got the error "This key is not supported by FlowCrypt yet. Please write us at human@flowcrypt.com to add support soon. (decrypt error: Error: Encrypted private key is authenticated using an insecure two-byte hash)"". What now? Can I update this authentication hash somehow?

works well - when it works. first test email went through right away. 2nd never arrived. 3rd was received ok, 4th and 5th havent arrived after 3 minutes. so... if you use this you will have to check using another method to make sure the encrypted email arrived at your destinstion -which makes it not very much use. sorry, I would have liked to use it but its not reliable enough.

Honestly, I normally do not write review but WOW, I've tested many options (free) and all worked VERY WELL! Not sure why yours isn't working but to me... it was smooth and easy to test it out! And, yes... I've tested other 2 (no names here) and it was CUMBERSOME, geez! Great Job!

I sent a test email 50 minutes ago and it has not yet been received. Tried again and it has been 15 minutes and not received also. This is disapointing

Does not work at all, gets stuck in a Google sign in page loop, wasted of time installing and trying to fix.

I liked this extension when I used it in the past. However, it does not work with Google's Advanced Protection service. I really wish that Google would allow this app for those that are enrolled in the Advanced Protection Program. The inability to use this app under that service really irritates me.

This software is already obsolete. No support response, no update nor no severe security fix. In addition, hardcoded part is also too old, so many functions don't work. To keep your pgp/gpg providing security, this is already dead. We need other open sourse fine pgp/gpg frontend for gmail. I completely disappointed this front end of pgp/gpg.
