Flow Well
Overview
Smart reminders to drink water and exercise. Pauses when you step away from your desk.
Flow Well helps you take care of your body during long stretches at the computer. It quietly nudges you to drink water and run through a short stretch every hour or two — no pop-ups stealing focus, no guilt-tripping streaks, no account required. ━━━ WHAT IT DOES ━━━ 💧 WATER REMINDERS Pick how often you want a water nudge (every 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 minutes) and a daily target (6, 8, 10 or 12 glasses). Flow Well counts your glasses as you log them and shows your progress in a small popup. 🏃 STRETCH BREAKS — 58 EXERCISES INCLUDED A built-in library of short exercises for your neck, shoulders, back, wrists, eyes, legs and breathing. Each one is 30–90 seconds, with clear step-by-step instructions you can advance manually — no rushed countdown, you set the pace. ⏸ SMART PAUSE The clock automatically stops when you step away from your computer (no mouse, no keyboard for 5 minutes). The moment you come back, it resumes. No more notifications fired at an empty desk. 🔄 MANUAL PAUSE One click to pause all timers — useful for meetings, focus sessions, or when you're stepping out for a while. Resume when you're ready. 🔔 GENTLE VISUAL ALERTS If you ignore a few reminders in a row, the extension icon shows a small red badge — never an aggressive popup or sound spam. 📅 WEEKLY STREAK Track which days you completed at least one stretch — a simple Mon-Sun row, fully optional, never gamified into anxiety.
