Search Salesforce Flows, see recent changes, activate the latest version and clean up old versions.

Stop clicking through Setup to find your Flows. Flow Search puts every Flow in your org one click away. Open the popup on any Salesforce page and instantly see the flows you changed most recently. Start typing and it finds flows by label or API name, even across several words. WHY YOU'LL USE IT EVERY DAY • Find any flow in seconds instead of scrolling through the Setup flow list • Your most recently modified flows are listed first, so you can pick up where you left off • Spot flows that are active on an outdated version with a "Not latest" badge, or show only those flows with one checkbox • Activate the latest version with one click (with a confirmation step) • Open a flow straight in Flow Builder, or jump to its Setup detail page CLEAN UP OLD VERSIONS SAFELY Hitting the 50-version limit? Open the Versions panel, tick the versions you no longer need, or use "Select old (keep newest 5)", then confirm. Deletion is protected by a two-step confirmation where you type DELETE, and the active version can never be selected.
