Flow Guys is the Flow Guys team's own time tracker. It sits as a small pill in the corner of any tab, so checking in, starting the clock on a task and checking out never means going to find a tab first. What it does • Check in, go to lunch, take a break and check out, in one press each. • Start and stop the clock on the task you are actually working on, and see how long it has had today. • Log time after the fact, make a task there and then, and move time from one task to another when you put it on the wrong one. • Look back at yesterday, this week or last week and see where the hours went. • Record a short screen walkthrough for the team, with your camera and voice if you want them, and it lands in the app with a transcript. • Quiet reminders if you are checked in with no clock running, or still timing hours after you finished. It only works with a Flow Guys account. You connect it once with a code made inside the app while signed in, and it talks to that account and nothing else. It does not read the pages you visit, and nothing is recorded unless you press Record and choose what to share.
