Flow Doctor

Analyze Salesforce Flow metadata, visualize execution paths, and identify potential issues.

Flow Doctor helps Salesforce admins and developers analyze Flow metadata directly from a Salesforce org. While signed in to Salesforce, open Flow Doctor to browse the Flows available in your org. Select a single Flow for detailed analysis or select multiple Flows for project-level analysis. Flow Doctor can help you: • Visualize a Flow's execution path • Review trigger configuration and entry criteria • Identify record lookups, creates, updates, and deletes • Inspect decisions, loops, assignments, subflows, Apex actions, and screens • Surface deterministic warnings and suggestions • Analyze relationships across multiple selected Flows • Export or copy analysis reports • Optionally ask AI questions about the derived analysis Flow Doctor is designed as a read-only analysis tool. It does not create, modify, delete, activate, or deploy Salesforce metadata. Flow metadata is analyzed locally in your browser. Raw Flow XML is not uploaded to Flow Doctor or SparrowLaunch. Optional AI features require an xAI API key. AI is not required to analyze Flows. When you explicitly use the AI feature, Flow Doctor sends derived analysis context and your question to xAI; raw Flow XML is not sent. Flow Doctor uses your existing signed-in Salesforce browser session to retrieve metadata from the Salesforce org you choose to analyze.
