Flow Companion reads the Salesforce flow you have open in Flow Builder and lets you chat about it with the AI model of your choice, using your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. ➤ Ask anything, or use one of the four built-in actions • Overview: the whole flow summarized, from what triggers it to what it updates. • Draw this flow: one Mermaid flowchart of the main paths, editable in Excalidraw. • Document this flow: the full write-up, with resource tables, a walkthrough, a decision matrix, and data operations, to copy or download. • Explain an element: pick any element in the flow and have it explained, with its exact conditions and outcomes. In the extension settings, you can customize how the AI model responds and how much detail it goes into. You can also download the flow's JSON from the panel's menu. ➤ Nothing installed in your Salesforce org • No package, no connected app, and no Agentforce or Einstein entitlement. • Reads the flow through your org's own API, with the Salesforce session already in your browser. • Writes nothing back to Salesforce. • Works in sandboxes and production. ➤ What you need • Chrome 114 or later. • A Salesforce org where your profile has API Enabled. • An API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google AI Studio. The extension is free.
