Flora is an AI assistant for SAP Fiori. It runs in a Chrome side panel next to your Fiori Launchpad, finds the right app, fills in filters, reads tables and explains what is on your screen. Who it is for Flora is for business users, key users, consultants and support teams who work in SAP Fiori apps every day, on S/4HANA, ECC or SAP BTP. It saves the clicks between a question and its answer. What Flora can do - Find and open the right app on your home page or in the app finder - Fill in filter bars and search fields for you - Read lists and tables and answer questions about the data on screen - Explain fields, statuses and error messages in plain words - Fill in changes to a record for you, and apply them only after you click Apply - Remember things you tell it, so you do not repeat yourself Getting started Install the Chrome extension, open your launchpad and click Flora. There is no configuration, no SAP add-on and no admin work. Flora uses the SAP session you are already signed in with. How it works Flora only looks at an SAP system after you enable it for that site from the panel. Nothing is granted up front. When you ask a question, your question and the relevant parts of the page go to the Flora service, which uses Anthropic's Claude models to answer. You sign in with your Google account. The Memory screen shows everything Flora keeps about you, and you can delete any of it. Frequently asked questions Does Flora work with S/4HANA on-premise? Yes. Flora works with on-premise Fiori Launchpads on S/4HANA, ECC and Solution Manager 7.2, and with SAP BTP Build Work Zone. Do I need SAP configuration or an admin to install it? No. Flora is a Chrome extension that you install yourself. Nothing is installed or changed on the SAP system. Is my SAP data safe? What is sent to the AI? Your question and the relevant parts of the screen you are asking about go to the Flora service and on to Anthropic's Claude models. Flora uses your own SAP login and cannot see more than you can. It reads a system only after you enable it for that site. You can view and delete what Flora remembers at any time. Which SAP versions and browsers are supported? Fiori Launchpads on S/4HANA, ECC and Solution Manager 7.2, and SAP BTP Build Work Zone, in Google Chrome. SAP GUI for HTML and Web Dynpro screens are not supported. Is Flora an SAP product?
