FlockNo helps home buyers understand documented automated license plate reader (ALPR) surveillance around properties they are considering. Instead of requiring a separate surveillance map or research tool, FlockNo adds privacy context directly to supported home-search experiences. Browse homes normally, explore documented surveillance locations on the map, and open a property-specific Privacy Report when you want more detail. PROPERTY PRIVACY SCORES FlockNo provides a property-specific Privacy Score from 0–100. Higher scores indicate lower documented surveillance exposure based on the information available to FlockNo. The score is designed to be explainable. A Privacy Report shows relevant factors such as the nearest documented ALPR, documented devices within distance bands, and other available surveillance context so you can understand why a property received its score. DOCUMENTED SURVEILLANCE ON THE MAP FlockNo displays documented ALPR and supported surveillance locations in geographic context while you browse properties. Where reliable directional information is available, FlockNo can also visualize device orientation and potential coverage context. CAMERA DETAILS Select a documented surveillance location to review available information such as: • Surveillance technology or device type • Direction or orientation, when published • Vendor or manufacturer information, when available • Published operator or agency information • Source record and data provenance • Nearby represented homes for sale MULTIPLE PUBLIC DATA SOURCES Surveillance information is fragmented across public datasets. FlockNo combines complementary published sources while preserving source context. Sources include public surveillance-location datasets, relevant OpenStreetMap records, and public surveillance-program information such as the Electronic Frontier Foundation's Atlas of Surveillance. ACCURACY AND UNCERTAINTY FlockNo is intentionally conservative about what public data can establish. A documented camera near a property does not necessarily mean that camera observes the property. Directional or coverage relationships are only presented when supported by available information. Missing direction, ownership, operator, or coverage information remains unknown rather than being invented. Public surveillance datasets can also be incomplete, outdated, or imprecise. Devices may be added, removed, relocated, or reoriented. The absence of a documented device does not establish that an area is surveillance-free.
