Overview

Bold, italic, lists and symbols for your posts and comments on LinkedIn, X and any site. Free, no data collected. By YeS Analytics.

Most post and comment boxes on LinkedIn, X and other sites have no bold or italic button. This extension adds one, and more. What you can do • Select text in a post or comment and make it bold, italic, bold italic, monospace, underlined or struck through with a shortcut, a small toolbar or the right-click menu • Press the same style again to take it off • Turn selected lines into a bulleted or numbered list in one click • Insert bullets, arrows, check marks, numbers, dividers and popular emoji in one click. A "Recent" item in the right-click menu repeats whatever you used last, symbols, emoji, styles or lists • Click the toolbar icon to open a side panel that stays beside the page while you write • Works on LinkedIn and X right away, and on any other site through a shortcut, the right-click menu or the side panel. An optional setting makes it ready on every site • Use the built-in converter to prepare text and copy it anywhere How to use it 1. Open LinkedIn, X or any page with a text box and start writing. 2. Select some text and press Ctrl+B for bold, Ctrl+I for italic or Ctrl+U for underline (Cmd on Mac). Press the same keys again to undo. Or right-click and choose "Text style". 3. Right-click in the post and choose "Insert symbol" for bullets and other symbols. Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I and Ctrl+U are taken over only on LinkedIn and X and only while text is selected, so other sites keep their normal shortcuts. On any site you can use Alt+B and Alt+I, which you can change at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Private by design • Reads only the text you select, only when you use it • Does not collect, store or send any data • No account, no ads, no tracking Good to know Styled text is made of special Unicode characters, not real formatting. Screen readers may read it badly and search may not match it as normal words. Use it sparingly, for example for a headline or a key phrase. Made by YeS Analytics
