Whitelist for users

I'm enjoying the blocker, but I sometimes need to look at the posts of a specific user. Would it be possible to add a user whitelist?

On/Off switch

Would be lovely if there was a way to turn this plug-in on and off easily without navigating to the addons section. While I love having this on while working or writing, I do browse reddit at times. The 'jolt' of your block is enough for me to close the tab while focusing if I mindlessly go to it, but it's frustrating to have to manually unblock the site if I really do want to browse.

Loophole allows front page access, bypasses blocker

The front page of Reddit can be accessed by going to a comment page or whitelisted subreddit page and clicking the logo in the top left corner. Since it does not reload the page, it does not trigger the blocker.
