Overview
Stay signed in to Ericsson NetCloud, switch customers, open any router by serial, and copy read-only router health snapshots.
Site Pulse adds a small panel to Ericsson NetCloud (Cradlepoint) for people who support many routers and customers every day. STAY SIGNED IN NetCloud signs you out after a period of inactivity. Site Pulse keeps your session active: every 4 minutes, in each open NetCloud tab, it closes announcement pop-ups, sends a small mouse movement and Shift key press, and clicks the router's Connection Status value (or the page heading on other pages). It never changes a setting. It starts off: turn it on from the panel or the toolbar icon. It runs for up to 10 hours, then turns itself off. It can't keep you signed in while your computer is asleep, and it can't get past your organization's maximum session length or a 2-factor prompt. It's built for techs and admins who work in NetCloud for long stretches and keep getting signed out by an idle timeout their organization set. Only use it where your admins allow it. You use it at your own risk. SWITCH CUSTOMERS AND OPEN ROUTERS Type a customer and a router's serial, MAC address or name, then press Go. Site Pulse switches to that customer account and opens the router. Customer names autocomplete after first use. READ THE SERIAL FROM A PHOTO Paste or drop a photo of a Cradlepoint router's label and Site Pulse reads the serial for you. The photo is read inside your browser and never uploaded. ONE-CLICK ROUTER SNAPSHOT Press Snapshot for a ticket-ready health summary, copied to your clipboard: online state, model and firmware, group, and every WAN with carrier, LTE/5G signal (RSRP, SINR, RSRQ), IP and uptime. Routers that aren't in a group are flagged, a common reason port forwards and extra IPs "don't work". BULK CHECK Paste up to 300 serials or router names and get a table with status, group, carrier, signal, model and firmware. Copy it into Excel or a ticket, or download as CSV. WATCH MODE Watch up to 10 routers for 8 hours and get a desktop notification when a router goes offline or comes back, a WAN link drops or connects, the carrier changes, or the signal drops to Poor. READ-ONLY AND PRIVATE - Uses the NetCloud login already in your browser. No API keys or passwords. - Sees only what your NetCloud account can see. - Snapshots, bulk checks and watches only read data. Nothing reboots a router or changes a setting. - Nothing is sent to Suretek or anyone else. Settings, watch lists and label photos stay in your browser. Site Pulse is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Site Pulse is made by Suretek Automation Works. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ericsson or Cradlepoint.
