Edjobster Hiring Agent puts your AI candidate screening one click from any tab and, if you turn it on, next to the email you're reading. What you can do • See every job at a glance, with applicant counts and a strong, marginal and weak breakdown • Open a job to see its applicants ranked by AI score band and triage in seconds • Search for a candidate by name or email across all your jobs • Switch on My jobs to see only the jobs you created or where an applicant is assigned to you • Read each candidate's full screening report: summary, strengths, risks and missing must-haves • Screen or re-screen an applicant in one click (one credit). The report is ready in about a minute. • Schedule interviews: send a booking link, offer a few times or set the time yourself. Re-send, reschedule, cancel or record the outcome later from the same card. • Keep working notes with your team: contact status, owner, next task and notes • See how many applications are waiting for review on the toolbar icon, and work through them in the Pending tab • Filter every view by source: email inbox, Zoho Recruit or Google Sheets • Open whatever you're looking at in Edjobster with one click Screening in your inbox (optional) Turn it on in the extension's settings, then open an email in Gmail or Outlook.com (personal accounts). If someone in the conversation is a candidate in your workspace, a small card shows their score and interview status, with Screen candidate and Schedule interview. If they aren't a candidate yet but their email is waiting in your Edjobster inbox, the card links to it. The card looks up the senders' addresses of the open conversation (at most five) and reads nothing else. Edjobster doesn't store them. Fair by design Before scoring, the candidate's name is removed from the CV, and so is their own city unless the job asks for a location. The AI is told to give no weight to name, gender, age, race, caste, religion, nationality, ethnicity, location, marital status or photograph. AI scores are a starting point, not a decision.
